• The Academy is strictly 18+ only.

• By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

• All services provided by Mix Artist Academy are educational in nature.

• No guarantee is made regarding skill development, professional outcomes, career success or income.

• Results depend heavily on your engagement, practice and personal circumstances.

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, non‑payment or breaches of these Terms occur.

• One‑off courses: Lifetime access unless otherwise stated.

• Subscriptions: Access continues only while the subscription remains active.

• Live sessions are generally recorded and made available for replay. However:

  • Technical issues may prevent recording.

  • We are not liable for the loss of any recording due to technical failure.

  • Some courses may require live attendance.

• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise.

• Subscriptions may be monthly or annual and may auto‑renew if selected.

• You may cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access.

We aim to be fair, reasonable and human.

• Certain courses may include a money‑back guarantee, which will be clearly stated on the course sales page.

• Refund requests must be made in writing within the stated refund window.

• Once the refund eligibility period has passed, no refunds will be provided.

• Refunds will not be granted where significant content has been consumed beyond the stated threshold.

• Subscriptions are not refundable for unused time after cancellation.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

• All course content is owned by Mix Artist Academy unless otherwise stated.

• Content is licensed for personal, non‑transferable use only.

• You must not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Screen‑record or download videos (unless explicitly permitted)

  • Distribute, resell or republish content

• Public content (e.g. blog posts or social media) may be shared unless stated otherwise.

• Users may upload audio and post content within private course forums.

• Forum content is private and must not be shared publicly without permission.

• By posting content, you grant us a non‑exclusive licence to display it within the Academy.

All users must behave respectfully and constructively.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Abusive, harassing or threatening behaviour

• Racism, sexism or discriminatory language

• Sexual comments or harassment

• Political or religious debates

• Disruptive behaviour during live sessions or events

Violations may result in immediate removal, account termination and no refunds, at our sole discretion.

• You are responsible for ensuring suitable internet access and compatible devices.

• Course‑specific technical requirements may be listed on individual course pages.

• Content is educational only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

• We make no guarantees regarding outcomes.

• Use of the Academy is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

• We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
